That’s a nice find. It’s looks good. But for someone without the big base cabinet, I’d test the idea first by seeing what 40lbs of cutter will do perched up on the end of the frame - best case is that it will lighten the other side so it’s likely to dance more when cutting…worse case might be a tipover 
You’ve got a fairly high momentum of mass up that high and that far from the machine’s COG.
