Pesky lead ins with new update

Hello all! I have had my crossfire pro updated to the most recent version. In doing so it removed a crucial component to how I use it. I can no longer have a pierce delay less than 0.5. The old version allowed me to have a 0.2 delay with no issues, and that’s how I made most of my things. Now with 0.5 at the minimum, I can no longer make a straight cut; without a lead in coming from the side. Anyone have an idea on how to get rid of these pesky lead ins, and start inside the cut? thanks in advance

I’m pretty sure I use under .5 sec on my programs. But my feed rate is 130 ipm with hypertherm fine cut tips.

When I went back to standard tips I got that error for the first time. Because I had sped my ipm up to cut 18 gauge but had it upped the pierce delay. What are you cutting and at what speed?

Are you using fusion or sheetcam?

I’m using fusion. I usually don’t mess with IPM, and I just use the feed rate override if I want it to go faster.
