i get no movement when i try to jog. i have a green flashing light on the bord not a red. i reinstaled mach 3 and got the same thing. i get the hum from the motors but thats it ???
did you download and install the crossfire controller for mach3?
I did I uninstalled it all and put it back in and got the same thing a flashing green light on the bord and no movement
The green light is normal, that actually means you have one of the first CrossFires to come off our preorder production line in early 2018. Have you already seen our troubleshooting guide related to jogging issues? You can find it here:

I didn’t have the plug-in folder in the right place made my first cut today but the torch didn’t turn off after I hit the e stop and still on so I had to turn it off from the plasma on/off power. I’m thinking the water mite have done it???
what cutter do you have? make sure the selector switch in the front of it is on 2T NOT 4T.
