My table wont finish a gcode and fire control needs to be restarted

From your description this sounds like interference from the plasma cutter. Read this thread:

I’m running into this issue with a Hypertherm Powermax 600. I have the USB cable with the supplied choke, with two loops through it, installed. As soon as the torch fires the USB connection is lost. This happens if trying to use Firecontrol or the torch trigger. For tips, basically make sure you have the USB chokes installed.
Does this happen if you perform a manual torch fire? have a piece of scrap under the torch and be ready to turn off the plasma cutter if it stays stuck on.
