Is there a download version of 1.3ls where I can download without being connected to machine and just put it on my computer. . I have no internet access to update out in garage. And my hot spot for phone did not work

The best solution to this would be dismounting the machine’s Electronics Enclosure, bringing it somewhere with internet connection for the firmware update, then remounting the Enclosure.
If you have innerweb in your house, run a cat 6 cable from house to garage then buy an extender plug cable into it and have wireless Wi-Fi in garage. What I did in my pole barn,150 feet of cable I buried under ground in conduit works great,
Took 10 mins to unscrew box n update from start to finish. Thanks for everyone’s help
