Just received my titan. Plugged it in using the transformer i got with it. Machine powers on. But the screen is black. Opened the top to look around, see if something came loose. Nothing i could see. Found the power wire for the monitor and put the multimeter on it. Getting no power. Wondering if anybody’s had this problem before and what the fix was.

The transformer is likely mislabelled. Try swapping from the 110v power input (which is actually the 220v power input) to the 220v power input (which is actually the correct 110v power input setting).
I did that, came to the forum and read that one about that. Machine powers on. I replied to one of our previous emails with pictures and such. I can see power inside the machine. And i get 240v on the blocks inside on the back. But no screen
You can see there’s power to the controllers. I get 240v on the block in the back. I pulled the monitor power cable and put the multimeter on it. No power to screen
If it isn’t just a loose power cable that needs to be plugged into the touchscreen, then potentially that is a bad power supply. Send me an email to support@langmuirsystems.com and I can get you sent out a new one.

Same issue, my screen says no signal. New power supply and new orange pi board.
