Machine disconnect mid-cut

I ordered that cable, should be here this week. I swapped out the port I was using on my laptop, moved my ground cable away from the laptop and turned off my torch height controller. Got it to work to cut the two signs I had to get done. Couple of things, first I am definitely getting EMF because when my torch was firing I could hear it in my speakers. Second I think the EMF might maybe be coming from the torch height controller which has been slowly degrading into not working anymore. Not sure what’s causing the torch height controller to fail but it fails almost every time I have it on now.

We need more information. Which plasma cutter are you using? Is it raw or divided voltage? Where is the plasma cutter located with the table? Additionally, please include some good pictures of your setup. I watched some of your videos on YouTube. Do you still have the Primeweld 60?
I recommend wiring it up via Raw voltage, as the internal board may be failing. They have had problems before, and the fact that this just started very well may be the problem.

I’m still using the PrimeWeld Cut 60, and the plasma cutter is on the bottom right of the table, the table control box is bottom left. I believe I’m running divided voltage. Will try and get some pics this week but nothing has changed with my layout since day 1.
