I can run a dry run on Mach 3 and it runs great. When I cut a piece though it will sometimes stop midline for a second and sometimes it will freeze up Mach 3 and just stop and leave the torch fired until I either unplug the plasma start/stop cord or turn the plasma off. Does this sound like a computer/Mach 3 issue or some kind of high frequency interference issue? Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 52 is the plasma and I usually have to unplug the usb cable to get Mach 3 back going from it freezing. Thanks
Please check out this thread. There is a ton of information about this problem there. Chances are you have some kind of an issue with your grounding that needs to be looked into.
