I tried to cut the wine rack that was listed on the fire share. I ended up getting incomplete cuts by about a 1/4" and crappy circles. Any idea how to fix either?
Which Crossfire, plasma cutter, settings etc? I cut that one out a year or more ago once I had my Hypertherm 30XP dialed in. It did fine.
Have you had success with cutting any other parts out?
So my first guess is that there are no lead ins so the torch is moving before actually cutting through. Every cutout looks like that. Are you using a .tap file from Fireshare or doing your own settings in Sheetcam or Fusion?

Most likely too short of a pierce delay, and loose motor couplers.
