How many workstations can I install Fusion 360?

I am waiting patiently for my Crossfire, but I was interested in knowing how many PC Workstations I can install Fusion 360 on? I bought the Full License and I was hoping to install it on my Office PC and also on my laptop that I would connect to my crossfire. Is this possible or do I have to buy another software License?

You can install Fusion 360 on any number of machines. You log into your Autodesk account to sync up projects from different machines. You should only need a paid license if you make more than $100,000 per year from F360 work.

Mach 3 is similar in that you can install it on multiple machines. The license file you get needs to be installed on whatever machine(s) you want to run it on. That one you do need the $175 license in order to run any sizeable project (itā€™s limited to 500 lines of G-code).

jamesdhatch, Thank you very much for your time and incredible insight. I appreciate this very much as I am completely new to this and didnā€™t want to ask a ā€˜dumbā€™ question right off the bat.

Thank you, again. You made my day!

:slightly_smiling_face: We all started from zero once.

I have the advantage of spending a few years doing 3D printing, CNC (wood & metal) and lasers. I also teach CNC operations for a local Makerspace so I see some questions pop up a lot - easy to answer those :grinning:

Itā€™s not really ā€œsharedā€. Only the initial registrant will get any support. The others will get a question ā€œwhere did you get thisā€ and then potentially discover it no longer works as the original registrant is told it was a violation of his license term to sell it to multiple people and itā€™s being deactivated.

Itā€™s not illegal for you to buy, nor is it illegal to sell it once but you donā€™t know what the seller has done before (or after) they sold it to you.

Okā€¦I didnā€™t catch that at the beginning. Definitely I wouldnā€™t want to be sharing my license or someone elseā€™s. Thanks for the clarification on this point, Jamesdhatch.

Yea I didnā€™t even think of that
