Going Mobile - Crossfire Pro Wheeled Rack - Part 2

Continuing … added a sheet of melamine to my rack for a shelf. Turns out that 3/4 melamine was the cheapest 3/4 material at Home Depot, plus its surface is water resistant.

For the drainage, I wanted ball valves instead of removing the bar drain plug. The drain plug always leaked because its seat was never clean (plasma water is too dirty). PVC glued everything together, slightly bent the pvc pipe using a heat gun.

Then cut an end support out of 16ga steel, used the Crossfire for that. :grinning: This end support keeps stress off the bar drain putty gasket.

Lastly, I added a magnetic hook for my #4 welding mask.
