Says it has no internet. The shop has 1 gig working. Just wondering? Can’t talk to anyone at Autodesk anymore. AI helper says it’s still learning. No shit. All three shop computers say the same thing. Update.. They fixed the issue..That they said they didn’t have.
For the last few days, communication has been very slow whenever I am saving/converting to the mothership.
I always blame it on my fluctuating internet…perhaps it is a little of both.
Maybe more activity at Lockheed and Boeing with ‘developments’ and their engineers using AutoDesk?

I have had this issue on a regular basis. I may try 3-5 times before I get AutoD to admit I have a high speed, fiber optic connection to the internet. I have confirmed the connection while making these attempts.
FYI, if you don’t need a Cloud based file immediately upon opening, AutoD will keep trying to connect as you work. So sometimes I just ignore the warning and start using F360 and within a few minutes it has connected. No notification but the file directory indicates the Cloud based info is then available.
