Fix for my corner cuts

Something you also have to take into consideration is the orifice hole in the cutting tip is 1.0mm/.040" no matter what amps you are cutting at. That means your cut width will never be less then that.

Yea I’m currently using the .8 tips for the razor weld.

Razorweld only has 1.0mm/50 amp tips. Unless you have a different torch then the X45.

A 20 amp tip is .060mm/.025" and a 30 amp tip is 0.8mm/.030"

I called Doug from annex tool and you are correct, what I got are 1mm …… I guess I mistook or forgot when I ordered last year that they only have 1mm…

On that note I found here on the forums talk about .8 and even .6 but could not find anywhere which led me to Doug at annex

To use smaller amp tips you need to change the torch to a PTM 60 machine torch.

Just the torch correct not the right lama cutter itself?
