Firecontrol Won't Start

I have uninstalled and reinstalled FC, deleted the FC directory in my users file, checked the permissions. Run Microsoft 10 Pro. When I click on the FC icon all it does is shows a small banner. The FC text file in the FC directory is blank.

Monday, 02-01-21 - I have now ran the GL Driver software to update and the program still hangs up at the Firecontrol Banner.
