I’m having the same problem now with my new laptop AMD Ryan 7 32gb , any fixes for this?
Is it a power-saver-chipped AMD? Example: Ryzen 7 4800U or H designation.
If so, that could be your problem. It tries to regulate the USB voltage to save power. That voltage drop screws with the FireControl board.
You didn’t elaborate on the issue. Crashing or Child process error?
Like Bigdaddy said, if you don’t state what your issue is no one can really help you.
I will say the Child Process error is common, and I suddenly developed the issue myself.
The fix was simple, install the latest version of Firecontrol.
