New user, just learning the processes. Seems that I can get programs running and responding to what I need it to do. The issue is torch firing/ shutting off. Hypertherm Cutmaster 42, wired correctly. I get the proper on/off sometimes, but erratic errors. Strange delay normally on the first part of a cut. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks. Chris
First do you have a Hypertherm or a Cutmaster 42? If your travel speed is not fast enough the torch will shut off.
It’s a TD Cutmaster. Not shutting off during cuts. Sometimes not firing, sometimes firing late, sometimes not shutting off between cuts. Very erratic.
Not firing or delayed firing can be caused by the start cartage or air pressure to high or low… Not shutting of between cuts is in the program.
