Ok Dumb question I have been tinkering along with assembly, and I am at or near the First conection to my laptop so I can jog the Machine. Firecontrol guide says leave firecontrol off and plug the usb cable in, and let the drivers automatically install “windows 10” so that is clear , what is not clear is do I need to have the power on to the Langmuir controls Box. I may do this step later today if I find some time. Thanks in advance
control box doesn’t need to be on. the control board inside is powered by the usb power from you laptop. once you plus in the usb cable on your laptop and control box, your laptop should detect and install the drivers if need be.
