looking at the assembly instructions, Do I download the one listed or the one in the red rectangle?
igfx_win_100.9684.exe is listed, igfx_win_100.9864.exe is shown.
I know it could be just a typo.
I installed the one in the red rectangle but now the touch screen in black, tried turning off and on the touch screen but no change. MC4000 is on, just no touchy.
Update: I have moved the MC4000 to a regular monitor and powered it up. Seems to run just fine.
So what’s up with the touch screen monitor?
ok, I think I found the problem.
The touch screen was on a different input? I don’t know because the only thing on the screen was in Chinese. It somehow found the HDMI input and now it works.
The touchscreen should auto-find the active input. It may just have taken a while to figure it out. Glad you’re up and running!
