Yep I did.
Confirmed that you did indeed receive an additional Z axis motor.
Then provided what seems to be like the same information above about the Y axis motors = both the same, different cord lengths.
Why not just call them? You seem confused for something simple.

Sorry you have been having trouble with getting the wrong parts. As has been established above you were definitely shipped the wrong motor. I am sure they will take care of you once they understand the issue.
As you pointed out above, the Z axis motor comes assembled so, according to the assembly instructions, (see below) the remaining 3 motors should be the same size two of which will have short chords and one with a long chord. You were shipped the wrong stepper with the long chord.
