Cuts are not lining up (table issue in cam it all works fine)

Hello, I have been using my cross fire pro for 6 months wonderfully. But now my cuts are not lining up and it’s a table issue 100%. The design and cam is all proper.

I tried giving all my bearings and lead screws and everything a deep clean but it is still acting up. If I set my 0’s and jog around the table and return to 0 it goes back close but not bang on. About 1/16 - 1/8 off. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this I would be most grateful.

Lead screw couplers are slipping. Whatever axis the misalignment is in will give a clue to which coupler is slipping.

Must be X, isn’t it? Wouldn’t the Y Axis bind if only one coupler was slipping?

@Northern-Boy that is definitely a couple issue…
first tighten your couplers…then…
take a marker and put a mark on the motor shaft and on the drive screw of each motor
then do a few dry runs of a pattern…then look at your couplers…see if they have moved out of alignment.
