Customer Service?

Apparently, my Razorcut 45 torch took a dump on me today. Has anybody had any trouble with warranty service? I can’t get hold of anybody at Langmuir. I talked to a guy at Razorweld, and all he could do is give me numbers of a couple of dealers, one of which doesn’t have the torch, and the other won’t answer the phone. Have any of you had this problem? Would it be worth it to get a Hypertherm? So far, I’ve been very unimpressed with Razorweld. Sorry to rant, I’ve just got a lot of work to do and now I’m at a complete standstill and it’s costing me money!

All Razorweld warranty claims are handled by Razorweld, not by Langmuir Systems. Is your system still covered?

It should be, I got it in September.

Yes, it’s worth it to get a hypertherm. Especially if you are running a business and losing money by having your cutter down.
