Wanted to give a shoutout to customer service. I may a boneheaded move and forgot to disconnect my torch fire control wire before I moved my machine. Ended up breaking the connector inside the box. A couple emails describing my problem and customer support has one on its way to me already FREE OF CHARGE! Thank you!
