I understand people being a bit uneasy about it. I’m like that usually. Its a great idea though. I see someone here is within a half an hour from me. This could be very helpful him, me or both although I haven’t had much time to learn it yet.
I tell people if your uneasy about it just put your location in the general area. Other side of town. 10 miles away. you know.
It looks like two people are in my county, Baldwin County. If one or both come across this post Id like to check out what youve been able to do with your machine. I would say come by my shop but I still havent made the first cut. Im trying to verify the wiring for torch before i go cutting or splicing wires.
Come join the Crossfire Owners map that Jamesdhatch created for all of us owners. You can see who is where on the map. ( those who added themselves to it anyhow) You dont have to put your exact location. just close . Someone may live near you. … Oh and scroll up to the top for the link and a descriptiom and directions.
I just added myself in Marcellus Michigan and it looks pretty lonely around here!
I bet for every one on the map there are 10 more hiding in the woods, or where ever .
Probably their workshop be my guess…
It could be a wooden workshop?
Indeed. In my case it certainly is.
Here is A Crossfire Owners map for those of you newer people. If you want feel free to add yourselves to this map that Jamesdhatch has made for all of us groupies so we can see who is close to us if we need help or just maybe make a new friend with the same interests.
Many new owners here, Feel free to add yourself to this map that Sir jamesdhatch created for all the owners to see who has a LS table. Who knows maybe your neighbor has one? Mine does.
Did he buy his before you or because he saw what you were doing with yours?
He seen how fun it was .
Once again. Any or all of you that hasnt added yourselves to this map are welcome to join in. You can see who close has a table . Maybe make a new life long friend, share info, beer , BBQ ? Who knows… Advertising paid for by @jamesdhatch ( He has paid me a many times by sharing his knowledge. ) Actually he designed it for all the crossfire owners.
Good thing my wife is around to make sure my head fits through doorways
Lots of folks here are a big help. (I’d name them but I’d miss something and then they’d feel bad and I would too.) You just have to keep a look out for who’s answering the questions. I’ve just been here longer than almost everyone except the Langmuir crew
And here i thought you made the Forum also. You help alot as do many others. I just wanted any new people to know you did make the map for all of us .
Truer words we’re never spoken…
Huh. I thought you were older than dirt. Those LS guys are youngstas, you, on the other hand… well, 'nough said as they say in these parts.
I just added myself to the map . point 225, would like to meet up with other crossfire users in my area. Im all new to CNC style plasma cutting. my new crossfire XT is on the way.
