I have been experiencing a issue with the communications cable connection jack on my Crossfire’s control box. Specifically, the slightest movement of the cable at the connection causes signal to be lost which in turn causes my cuts to be interrupted and/or destroyed. I have tried several high quality cables, but the problem persists. I will say that none of the cables seem to fit snuggly in to the box’s jack. They are all somewhat loose. Has anyone seen this problem before? If so, what can I do to fix it?
