Can 1/8" 6061 Aluminum be cut any cleaner edges then this? Can’t seem to find any settings that will help save me from doing so much clean up?

60psi (no dryer other then filter on Everlast)
The best way would be to use nitrogen gas instead of compressed air.
Other then that use the .060 shim and play with your speeds. It’s not a terrible cut as it is.
The prinsu roof rack company churns out roof racks with that cut quality. And they sell tons of them.
You can do much better then that without nitrogen, the trick is fast, hot and get your water level as high as you can. This is 1/8" that I cut radiator brackets out of for racecars.
You can see the edges are nice, this particular one I went to slow on and other things needed tweaking but you have to wast some material to get your machine tuned in, I use a Miller plasma cutter so my spec’s will not do you any good, all you need to know is fast, hot and high splashy water.
