Can you manually change the cut speed (IPM) when the G code is loaded on the Fire Control? Or do I have to edit it back in F360 and reload it to Fire Control?

Is the override change by percentage or is it adding (±) 10 digits.

I was unaware of this video. Thank you for tip!
It would be far better to have an actual IPM override than a percentage. Also, when you re-do a cut, the override is re-set. Annoying.
