I dont have pics on this phone but it was a bescutter, it had an IPG source and a ray tools head, this will have the same head and I know the max phototronics source they are using pretty well too and it should be able to do it too
Air pressure helps too, not everyone can pump out 250 psi plus. At that stage its probably best to move over to bottled gas as even if your compressor can do it, its different fittings, different drying system etc to handle that kind of pressure.
We were sending out or carbon steel 1/4-3/8 -1/2 plate to a local shop with a larger laser machine they exclusively cut on a 5x10 CNC laser and used nitrogen in large volumes and were working on a nitrogen generator (as nitrogen is not so inexpensive) so so not sure on just using clean shop air making the machine 100% as advertised. Also read the fine print. Finishes are not under warranty so when all the large panels start flaking paint you may end up with something not so nice. Ask me how we know. We still have some paint on mainly the frame of our XR machine, Y rails and cable trays are dropping paint in large sections. Ken in NC~ USA
XR tops out @400 with Y steppers getting out of SYNC with any rail paint flaking etc. Cameron specifically said just turn it down to 300 ipm. Ripping full sheets with 400 ipm move settling and and good luck on resetting mid cuts on your sheet. Live an learn. K
