Any recommendations on 10 ga stainless

Got the Rw 45 and tried to use the cut chart but got a pretty ugly amount of sticky dross. This stuff is too expensive to experiment too much. Any advice?

I have been cutting quite a bit of 10 ga stainless, it is not easy, getting it right is trial and error, getting better at it though. I have been cutting it at 75 Ipm, 40 amps with 40 amp consumables. Thin shim.
First thing you have to consider is there are different grades of stainless, this stuff is something they call pharmaceutical grade, very dense, I bought it as cheap as scrap. They do cut differently. You will just have to run it and adjust accordingly .
It loves to warp, got to keep the table full of water and deal with the splash up. Some of this stuff seems to have spring preloaded into it, it kinda pops up when a cut is complete.
If you want really nice clean cuts you have to get a bottle of nitrogen and use it instead of compressed air.
Good luck!
