All axis stalling on 200 and 300 ipm

Hi, I’m brand new to this forum and hoping someone may be able to give some advice on binding/stalling on all axis of a crossfire pro. I’ve been in contact with Thomas at customer support which has been very helpful and has decided to send a new power supply however I’m trying to see if there is a quick way to limit the jog speed between cuts while running a program to around 200 ipm so that I can just barely get by in order to complete this job. All tests have been conducted, bearings, lead screws, lead screw nuts, mechanical binding electrical connections, computer capacity, program response etc. etc. has all been checked. The machine has around an hour of run time on it since new and has had this intermittent problem since running the break in program but has progressively gotten worse resulting in numerous scrapped cuts and I’m just trying to patch it at this point to get a few things done at our small Fab shop. Any help or ideas to get us by would be greatly appreciated!

Seems there is definitely still something going on with your machine. Please keep working with our support to find a resolution. In the meantime, a Max Rapid Override has been added to the latest version of FireControl (21.1.5) now published on the downloads page.

Click the Machine Settings icon in the top right and change the Max Rapid value.

Thank you, I downloaded the updated version and was able to access the new rapid travel ipm settings. Unfortunately the machine has become completely unresponsive again as it was yesterday evening even though it responded this morning when I first posted here. Fire control shows movement but none of the axis are responsive on the table even though the electronics cabinet is receiving the signal from the computer. Thomas from tech support has the entire rundown as well and I believe Axel was my first contact a few months ago. Also, Is there any way to expedite the shipping of the new power supply so we can get up and running again or at least know for sure if that is the solution to the issues?
