I have now got far enough to cut a circle. Sad but this is a lot of progress! Now when I’m attempting to cut something a little more challenging this screen comes up and my g code will not load into Mach 3.
So this looks like what happens when you have the open in editor after generating selected.
When you try to load it into Mach3 what happens?
Uncheck load NC file editor when in the post process window.
Open mach 3. Load g code

I keep the open in editor active and use that to save it over to a memory stick

James nothing happens in Mach 3 when I try to load up g code screen acts like I never pressed any buttons.

Are you still having issues with opening g code in mach 3?
I’m having trouble opening g codes that have a difficult g code. anything more than a square or circle will not load. coukd this be because I use the whole plane when buikding things in fusion? am I only supposed to use one quarter of the buiding area?
They changed the name. The new name starts with the ‘m’ in the list. Not in front of the computer so can’t give you the name. I googled to find out about the change.
