My ViperCut 30i suddenly started tripping my breaker last night. Normally cut .100 - .125 aluminum, but last night I was cutting .200 steel. Not sure if that would be the cause or not? Using more juice? It was strange, it would cut small cuts/parts with no issues, but everytime I got into a long straight or curved cut (9+ inches) the breaker would trip. Flip the breaker and was back in business until the next long cut and it would do it again… any ideas? Bad breaker? Like I said no issues before last night.
Was your wife cooking something in the oven?
Just kidding. This 220 connection installed by electrician? I’ve had friends hook things for me before and it would trip the breaker had a licensed electrician look at it and it was wired wrong. Just saying
Could be a weak breaker.
Been fine until now, thinking a weak breaker.
