Each one was cut by itself. Not a set of three.
First cut great. Second …sliced
right through the “O”. Third cut great.
Why did this happen?
The g code is good. Looking for what needs to change so I don’t waiste time and material on larger jobs.
This bad acting cut was right in the middle of the small job.
Stand alone new laptop. Nothing running in the background. No internet connected to it. Three run the same way exactly.
Sounds like your plasma cutter may be set to 4T instead of 2T? There is a switch on the front that allows you to toggle between the two depending on which cutter you have.

You fixed it thank you. And I’ve read every post on here. I just didn’t recognize that as my issue.
It cuts on off as needed.
